For my first ever 5K, I am running for the 4 Paws for Ability 5K! John and I have helped raise 2 dogs who are now amazing working services dogs, and we have our two Fabulous Flunkies, Marvin and Rescue. 4 paws helps so many families every year to improve their quality of life, safety, and health of children and veterans. I'd love some donations to help celebrate my first 5K run!
